Looking for a Maya animator/rigger to break down a complicated CGI rig to be mobile game usable and have the animations already applied to the model stay intact while merging a few others. If interested email at yinkaalade@gmail.com If there are any question, ask here and I'll answer them to the best of my abilities. Thank…
The GI Joe trailer is garbage. But I'm still looking forward to the movie. I hate CGI humans, look at the difference between the Matrix 1 and 2-3. The fight scene's in 1 were all wires. But when Neo rips a metal pole out of the ground and beats up 1000 smiths it's almost 100% CGI. It looks too fake. Same with the…
Weta even develope their own tools for one purpose when they need it. Thats called "in-house tool". In The Hobbit production they developed a tool they named "Lumberjack" just to create custom collision for threes in Mirkwood so the spiders and cast could fall down, when using CGI.
Another share from zacks twitter The photo appears to be of Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne, walking through a field towards the abandoned Wayne Manor, which was probably created completely using CGI based on what we saw of it in the trailer. crap forgot to post this older pic:
A quick study I did on Greek statues, an old teacher told me they're great for learning anatomy and lightning which can later be brought over to the human body. Reference: http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/img-thing?.out=jpg&size=l&tid=16571160
Even if its brand new some grunge build up in occluded areas goes a long way. Or where 2 pieces meet it should suggest that those pieces have some sort of influence on one another. Right now it looks a bit cgi and this is one way to mitigate that.
Spilled Coffee / Still Life CGI I am open to any critique about the photorealism of this render. Could you give me any advice on how to improve or give me directions for the next step for better quality? I really would like to advance more on the right path. Do not hold back the criticism. Thankyou!

OH MAN CGI AND FMV WAS SO HOT THEN I really hope they get to the 95-98 era demo cds. There's some community goods on them that can't be found on the net no more. What's funny about most of the mid 90s issues is the porn game ads near the end
#facepalm why would an entire studio go OSX only? smh... Almost EVERYTHING in CGI starts out WINDOWS BASED... Horrible limitation they have bestowed on you guys... Better masking selections like in Mari and the ability to paint directly on the mesh hopefully in that beautiful render screen.
