Whenever I import my items in dota workshop, the items are like 1/4th the size of original model. I keep the size equivalent to that of Valve reference files. I export as .fbx format with default settings. I'm pretty new with this stuff so any help would be appreciated.
Things that are quite gore related or discomforting, as Pudge got stitched back up, Naix isnt in workshop and that usually mean the hero will be changed. Hey guys, I'm making my first workshop submission, and it's a set for a hero. I'm planning to have fur, but how would one go about doing it? Should I just have a cylinder in place or something in the base model so I can bake the high-poly sculpt with fur onto the basemodel? Thanks

I believe Gnomon Workshop has probably the highest concentration of look-dev video tutorials of any education sites I've seen. Look-dev = the general art theories about setting up your scene to make it look nice
