Well, I will get on this months challenge and will try to do that statue. Besides If proportions are off then you can get away by saying that proportions are off in these statues as well, but nobody seems to mind. :) EDIT: Almost forgot, my vote. -

I think that practice or pattern is just awful for innovation too. Like the lay off's at Relic and Vigil the people in charge of managing the money are cutting off ambitious projects and without ambition games will keep their current content limitations. -

Good thing there aren't 50 other Grand Tourismo knock-offs that come with cars and don't cost $60. Whatever will I do when I get the itch to bounce a high preformance car off concrete barriers? -

if you still have a floppy drive, the mirc.exe and needed .ini files will fit on a floppy and run off of it. no need to install, no need to delete. =D or, you could run it off a CD, if you have a CD burner at home. -

ok,, first off if you cant come up with an idea to even start with, then you may lack the creativity needed to make it awesome. so stop using us as a crutch, get off you ass an just do it! -
Re: Zbrush modeling as far as tiling
you can toggle the texture on and off using the texture palette - any texture can be applied to a sculpt. if you're talking about polypainting, you can turn that off in the Texture tab of the Tool, just deactivate the "colorize" button. -
Gaining permission to show published work
Hey guys I was wondering what everyone's experience is with showing off your professional work. Is it fine for you to show off your work if its already been published or does everyone ask permission before posting? I'm guessing the right thing to do is ask permission but I've often thought that quite a few companies might… -

My point is that you can't "turn off all that crap" Reducing telemetry settings doesn't prevent advertisements. Some ads for Microsoft products can be turned off in the start menu and notifications settings but that has nothing to do with telemetry.
