It's been a while since i posted anything and still hope to do this project justice. So ill try and finish as much as i can inbetween projects and share my progress on this bad boy. Right now i have worked out the alien more and also put some poly paint on him to see how it would look like.

I write the deadline in my calender, with subgoals inbetween. As in "Finish highpoly" on a sunday, and then the next sunday could be "UV'ed low poly" etc." For some reason I still have trouble seeing my own projects till the end.
