To get images to work, you need to get the full URL which usually ends in .JPG then click on the "Attach Image/File" button and paste the URL there. I don't think Google Drive will work for embedding images on forums. At least I couldn't figure out how to get a plain image URL out of it. -

I tested it out recently and it might be a good optional-extra; you can get large (2560x1440) high quality images in the 50-200kb range - the main downside being the website needs to host a javascript decoder as no browsers… -
