Hello ! I'm looking more optimal way baking (Color/Diffuse Maps) for dDo. UPD — I mean, bake from High-Poly to Low-Poly. What's the problem : 1.) Bake in "Maya" - Very Long. 2.) @Leksey I've baked your objects a few times and here's a few notes 1) Have you installed the mighty bake shelf for maya? If you use it to export the low, you will get rid of the subtle cross within the sunken shape. 2) Are you baking 16-bit? 8-bit maps (which Maya uses for their viewport) will have artifacting like you… -

The pixel padding issue is a known bug with PNG. This should be resolved with the next update. There was a bug with certain bit-depths and certain file formats as well. For instance, you can pick 16-bit TGA, but the TGA format doesn't support 16-bit images, so this will result in a blank file. This will be fixed in the… -

Just make sure you define what you mean by "-bit". 8 bits per pixel (bpp) = 256 colors. 8 bits per channel (bpc) = 16 million colors = 24 bpp color (8 bpp red, 8 bpp green, 8 bpp blue) or 32 bpp if you add alpha channel. 16 bits per pixel = 65,556 colors. 16 bits per channel = a lot of fucking colors = 48 bpp color.
