I'm semi going the other way for the time being (picking up more real time focused freelance work). You should be fine. Working with real time will be a bit of an adjustment for you but nothing all that bad-most of the terminology will be similar. Best of luck, I think you'll be great. Love that shot of yours.
Just got back from seeing The Descent and wow, awesome movie. It hasn't really gotten much publicity in the states, so I thought I'd hype it here. Probably the best horror movie I've seen since 28 Days Later. Very creepy creature effects. Wish more movies (especially horror movies) would take note and move away from using…

You just hit G double time + Alt and hover over an edge you want as a sliding direction and get yellow track lines appearing representing…

( 3D work can be found here:http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=116004 ) I learned 3D thru forums, and thru the amazing people I had the luck of getting feedback from. I wouldn't…
Hello everyone, this is Denis Weber. Today I’m going to talk about what happens if you combine LEGO and the iconic movie Terminator 2. I’ll show you how I created a real LEGO trailer and what came out of it. I like doing such large-scale projects and if you have any cool ideas, let me know in the comments. If you prefer…
