siggraph 2008
considering the other siggraph thread is just crying about companies marketing, i thought i would make a real one just to see if anyone is going. clone wars is playing in the electronic theather, might check it out. i will be there tomorrow participating in the Autodesk Games Advisory Council. anyone else going? -

Re: Tablet's USB ports broken
Looks like surface mounted mini-USB ports. If your going to try and re-solder these your self then you should unscrew your tablet and check the damage on the PCB. When surface mounted ports like this get ripped off, they can have a nasty habit of pulling up the metal tracks on the circuit board with them. But if the break… -

3dsMax 2008 - Connect (With DialogBox)
Any idea why this hotkey doesn't work? I can set Connect, but when working with edges I constantly use the dialog box. This hotkey doesn't appear to actually bring up the dialog box. Any ideas? -
