Most of the people on my team are in their 30s & 40s and have families. I think I'm the 2nd youngest in the company at 25. If you really want to persue any career, I'd say 10 years would be a good goal if you really love it. That'd put you in your mid 40s, which is still fine. You can work until your 60s at a job like this…
