First of all, why did you format your post in the ugliest, hardest to read way possible? Yes for ~$1000 USD, you should get a 1080p IPS screen, 4 core i7 processor (check the core count on laptops), 16 GB ram, GTX 1050ti or GTX 1060, 256gb SSD. At that price point it might not have a 1tb HDD, but plenty of laptops today… -

@Eric Chadwick Reverted the changes, loads but if i can't get control panel to work… the applications will try to use both "gpu's" and then i might have other issues, so far none atm as far as freezes or craches, tested loading spinning and exporting, 100% HOWEVER i need to get into control panel. That sounds solid. The price range between 1070 and 1080 is not that bad and I think that it could benefit me more. Then we have the TI, which in fact should be around 30% faster. You could spend hours and hours tweaking procedural masks or making super complicated and slow working node graph in Substance Designer .
