Floating Object related issue & normal map
Hello there, what are some best ways to smooth out the area where floating object intersected to the parent object,It's always better to keep less floating objects but time efficiency I do that often, so, is there anyway to make it look like both are same object(just like extruded) through normal+ao? see the image. -

Baby Beast - KristaW
This contest look fun so I'm in. I am going to do a baby beast who's beastly parents were killed off by the nearby town's hero. He sneaks into the town at night and steals stuffed animals and food. The root joint shall not be skinned in a humanoid character, right? (new to rigging)
I have a root joint (above the two hip joints) which translates/rotates all of the character cos its the parent of all the other bones. Thing is, I am skinning the character now and wondering whether i should skin something to the root or not. Is it common practice to just leave the root as it is and not skin it? -

So all but a handful voluntarily died when they could easily have GTFO? I think space travel was very experimental at the time; Jo'Rel having pioneered it. As far as I am aware Superman was shot off in a small prototype; there was a full size module made that his parents planned to use but it was damaged in the calamity. -
