I did sort of a Flash Gordon type of thing the other day, trying to improve on an old project of mine. Tried to make it look like one of the old filming models.
saw this posted on digg this morning.. This is a radio I am making for a friend. Please don't critique it quite yet for it is still in early development :D . Here is my reference: Here is my WIP: Note: I am not going for exact same. I am adding some of my own variation :D
I was playing arkham knight over the holidays, and it really made me want to do a cop character, and cop´s from the 40´s have cooler uniforms than modern ones so.... Been noodling this guy in the evening at home and here´s what I got so far.
after spending several hours staring at the same dude, my perspective skews a bit and I'm terrible at anatomy no references for the model His anatomy looks odd, but I can't put my finger on exactly what looks odd
Modeling practice in Maya. C&C much appreciated, especially on the wires. did this a while ago and tried to fix the wires as there was a lot of redundancy/extra polys. Not sure if it was successfully done.
