Really great! I life all of your videos, very insightful. I'd totally throw down some cash for handpainted tutorials. I understand why your a teacher, your really good at it. Great stuffs, looking forward to more.
metaphorically sexy fur, literally sexy sejuani haha I'm really digging how well it meshes over the new map! it looks literally like something I might see on the game. Your way of handpainting meshes really well
Sweet, I know quite a few that play that game, not really my sort of game, but you have done a great job with the handpainted textures. Maybe they should learn to wash there clothes right, seams like they don't use fabric softener :)
Not sure if you know, but rendering with physical sun and sky will blow out your texture and you will need to add a gamma correct node in the material to render true texture. BTW I am working with the same concept, but not handpainted.:) Good luck
those are just sprites displayed in an orthographic view. old school stuff. the tiles are handpainted and then just placed on a grid. you need to be able to paint those sprites, like the plants, the house, etc. i guess there are lots of tutorials about this in the www.

If you want to learn more about handpainting about these stylized textures, I would recommend this tutorial by Jamin Shoulet: [ame] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c_GWVez_UHM[/ame] (don't forget part 2..) It's long, but worth every minute!
Gorgeous work man. I really like the painterly feel to it, it's a bit different from most handpainted texture work. :) But did you really need the 2k tex for the character? Also, that delish shadow on the girl, is that painted in/baked or from a render?
My most recent Project A stylized world war 1 airplane with handpainted textures and a little animation. The Sketchfab doesnt work for polycount for some reason , so for those who are interested: https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/ww1-airplane-ninak-8164f15a619d4155bdea1d56b65228a8
Sup playas I am doing a handpainted stylized environment, and I want to remove the shadows that this fence is creating. I have unchecked most of the shadow check boxes, yet the shadow of the fence remains! How do I get rid of this shadow?? My terrain properties
