Hey guys, in photoshop how do you add more depth to a already generated normal map using the nvidia normal map tool? Is it add just having height checked enough? because it doesnt seem to do anything. I have heard some artist say to add contrast to the R and G channels but is there some exact number of height you can have…
Any tutorials showing how to do this? I've been trying to follow Philip (http://www.philipk.net/tutorials/materials/tilesbricks/tilesbricks.html) However I just can't seam to add extra depth to some of the bricks.
