Mhhmmm, wings 3d's UV thingie is kinda confusing (As are all to me) but I might be able to make a decent UV if I try. The model is simple, 192 polygons to be exact. Looks like an autoUV because everything is arranged in squares.I think you can easily gain a LOT more texture space usage by arranging those pieces by hand. Also consider welding a few that belong together, the model doesn't look that complex so it can probably do with less UV chunks.
