The texture is very shitty. I hope to improve on that.
I'm happy with the model, but texturing gets me. Any tips for the textures, anyone?

I have the UV layout, I deleted the textured one cause the texture sucked hard.
Uv is kind of shitty, but it was the best I could get.
The model is simple, 192 polygons to be exact.
(But the fucker took me forever because I started from scratch 8 or so times.)
I'm also thinking about getting rid of the legs in favor for some different ones. I'm not so sure though..
Plus, Any decent tutorials for texturing simple models? I don't want anything for texturing a model with a billion polygons or something.
I found Poopinmymouth's UV unwrap tutorial very very useful in figuring out how exactly UV's work, even though he was using max and I was using Maya. It should be on poopinmymouth.com
The only thing I can add that hasn't already been said, is I always read this thread title as Holy Diver, and think someone made a Ronnie James Dio model.
