The idle at the beginning feels very fluid, and then once he breaks out of the idle the animation overall feels more jerky both in terms of timing and motion/arcs. If you bring it all up to the same quality as the idle, it'll be good. If this is specifically targeting game animation he should return to idle at the end.…
What catches me first the the way he catches the pizza.. This doesn't look like one smooth motion. Next would be the holstering could be more defined and a bit less snappy.
