Digital tutors and Gnomon workshop I can personally vet as being very beneficial. Digital Tutors has more content on specific programs while Gnomon workshop has more high-profile artists making their videos (in my opinion). Both are great, but if you want to learn a specific program all the way through, get Digital Tutors.
+1 Gumroad. Make sure to look into who is teaching the videos. Make sure they have a resume. I see a lot of beginners doing tutorials on sites and YouTube.
