i toned down all the bumps but im not sure its the style im looking for does anatomy for video games is different from real world anatomy like proportion wise? i really like this style, where can i find more reference like this one?

It's fun to practice style and exaggerated proportions, but to truly excel you need a lot of foundational knowledge of realistic anatomy. I wouldn't worry so much about the style right now, that will come naturally over time. The revision of your model is a big improvement. Keep working at it.
