I have an curve controller which is being driven by twocontrained parents, and the parenting is set so the sum of the two parents is 1 (e.g. 0.7 and 0.3 of parenting factor). When I rotate one of the parent controller it all goes fine, but there are some specific rotation values that make the child go in a crazy rotation…
The face texture set of my character get's dark when I rotate the view. I already restarted Substance Painter. Here a short screen recording showing it: https://imgur.com/a/hwcP9rz
the rotator node is expensive. if you want a 90 degree rotation and you insist on doing it in the material then just swap the x and y components of the UVs around.
Hi folks! So, basically I had to use 'sample curve' and 'set position' nodes and for that it is necessary to 'realize instances' first, this removes the rotation I had done to the poles before...Is there a way to preserve the rotations or transmit them to the post-realized instances? PS: I attached a modified file,…

Hi there. I would recommend to work with 1/8 of the mesh. 1. Start with your basic shapes 2. Create seperate mesh that would act as boolean 3. Boolean 4. Rotate the mesh 45 degrees 5. delete 1/8 of the mesh 6. Clean up 7. Rotate back -45 degrees 8. Symmetri and voila. HERE IS THE 1/8th of the mesh cleaned
I always been wondering, why key in rotation in Max can never pass 360. In fact, once it pass 180, it becomes negative number. I am trying to do some animation with animation with a lot of gear rotations... and it's just mad to think I'll have to do this by manually rotating them a few hundred times. Thanks in advance.
