Doesn't need to be in-engine to require crits imo. Yes, I understand this is a game art forum, but game art is game art regardless of where it is rendered. It's kind of stupid, but...Maya doesn't support Radeon cards, and they are just now trying to make them more compatible. Anyways, installed the educational Maya 2012 through my school, and it seems to run a littttle bit better. I still get the lag, but just a little less often, and ZERO crashes so far. -

The PS3 in our Best Buy overheated... Though I can kind of understand, a lot of power going through there, and it was in a tiny little box... The only real frustration about the entire thing was the fact that the display box that it was in was locked (obviously), but the key to the lock was in the hands of the Sony rep.… -
