Try using a texture that is 2^n (power of two - ie 256, 512, 1024, 2048, 4096 etc.) That should fix it. -

Create the box 256 units, than freeze it, and freeze the transformations. Than select the box, and type down the coordinates. This should work. -

yes. You could even break it down farther if you wanted to, from 4 512s, to 16 256s, or, any combo of that. -

tablet PCs have 256 levels of pressure (first gen, it might be changing now)... but it feels like the graphire so it's not terrible. -
