if your talking next gen...from what i know NO, expect hardware tessellation and a load of fancy shader lighting, but NOT hugely different poly budgets, i would stick to near high end current-gen poly budgets. and next-gen AA will still be an issue...and those floors will cause poly crawling....use a normal map
