Baking in 3d coat works amazing :thumbup: thanks for the suggesting! And pretty fast too :). It perfectly works together with Blender aswell, because of the normal presets for blender and applink between both applications.
Thanks Dim. BMesh is the the only feature I'm waiting for. Then I'll give Blender a try. I already know how to use Blender's interface, but I refuse to work on tris and quads only ;)

Just out of curiosity, does the bake result in the second image display correctly if you bring the mesh and normal map Blender baken into Painter, or does Blender just bake it out wrong?

To my knowledge, if you want a full suite of tools (modeling/animation/etc) your choices are blender or way over $75. And I wouldn't exactly call blender the least painful anything.

Is there an option to download ifp tools for blender version 2.8? Or in general, how else can you upload it there or somehow convert the ifp file? This is a GTA sa file, it stores the location. I know you can collect the location through gta3.img, but it's a long time.
