I'll be buying a new power supply to see if this fixes the problem i was going to go with an antec 650 w psu. Since I bought those freaking tires I have to wait to have a bit more money to spend 130 bucks on this. The timing just blows. With my luck I'll check my email and surprise, surprise an art test. Unreal Engine 5.4.4 Nanite is enabled Issue?

You should use Weighted Normal modifier before you export it to Substance. That's your issue (in case you still have it in OpenGl channel) -

Precisely. But when you render with best render, you get a dark border, which shows up in photoshop: your texture therefore won't tile, because the dark seam will be there. OR because you used materials that react to the Sun-light position, therefore the left and right (or top/down) edges of your render won't match ==>… -
