What I'm seeing is reasonably executed work with no real soul. I expect a graduate/junior to be 100% capable of modelling, baking and believably texturing an asset - showing that off is I suppose necessary but it does not set you apart from the other 200 applicants. @Blaizer Having surplus frames past your refresh rate isn't a bad thing. That's what causes tearing yes, but its extremely reduces the more surplus frames you've got rendering. It also simply just gives you an enormous buffer so you don't dip below 60, if you're rendering 100-200+ in the easiest and best way to put it.… -
