You could try the polish brushes, sPolish brush is what i use to make surfaces smoother and less wobbly. Sometimes it's useful to make a morph target so you can restore parts of your model with the morph brush.

Hi, I'm currently unable to solve this problem ... I need to keep the shape round outside (without pinch) while i also need to keep the shape angular inside. Please take a look at the screenshot. If someone know hot to :-) I'll Be happy to learn. M assimo
