I was wondering if anyone has done any work swapping texture files to animate things such as eyes, mouth, eyebrows, etc. & what method they used. Any lego animations for mouth & eyes would be a good example. Here's a link to Batman from DAVE school [ame] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k_N9RL1qRWo[/ame] . I have tried set…
Have you tried copy /B file.000 file.001 file.002...... complete_file_name It could just be that the file was split up and you need to use copy to re-join the pieces. Or try winrar if they are a ACE type archive http://rarsoft.com/
Hey guys I converted a BVH mocap to a BIP via the Biped's "Motion Capture" tab. I then got the BIP applied, and exported the animation as an FBX. Two issues I noticed; * All the keys' tension are set to 50 * BIP file is 382 KB (which is nice) but the FBX export of the rig (no mesh) is 9847 KB The funny thing is every…
There is no easy to remove a file from the quick loader currently, but try this: Clear the text box with the file name you wish to remove. Delete all meshes in the baker from that file Load the new file
Hey guys, I've found that ever since I've moved onto zb 4r6 my project files have jumped insize.. The model is ~12mil polys Layers all merged Undo history set to 200 Very minimal polypaint Nothing hidden Normally, a model size of 12mil would usually be a 300-500mb file. But this file has been clocking in at 1.7gb-2gb. I…
Greetings community, Hopefully i've put this in the correct place. Briefly, I am a first year University student who has begun learning Maya for games design. As I am still slightly unfamiliar with the process, I would like to know something that will more than likely be extremely simple, but I cannot seem to find answers…
Hi everyone! I'm currently working on a scene/environment in Unreal Engine 4.27 to add to my Game Art portfolio eventually. I would very much like my scene to include several wires or cables that of course connect between certain objects. However, I'm not completely sure how to tackle wires/cables for an environment, at…
I'm in the process of adding pipes and wires to a HP and was looking for some help. for the pipes iv looked at using cylinders then adding a loop around them. rotating that by 45 degrees with constraints edge selected. then deleting the polys on one side and extruding out the new angle. But my problem here is if i want to…
@pior I've been using .tga for a quite some time, especially with personal work because I want to, and it's been a solid all-around format for final 8-bit textures. Of course I originally work with 16-bit source (.psd bakes from Marmoset). Even though Marmoset is able to bake 32-bit, I find it overkill already. 16-bit is…
