I was wondering if anyone has done any work swapping texture files to animate things such as eyes, mouth, eyebrows, etc. & what method they used. Any lego animations for mouth & eyes would be a good example. Here's a link to Batman from DAVE school [ame]

I have tried set driven keys & also importing a sequence file of different features & setting keys on that frame but I can't think of a better method. And if you have did you use 1 texture file and just move the uv's around or did you have seperate files.Any help would be great.Tks
