As far as design stuff, the only thing that really jumps out at me is I would add a little more detail into the grip, maybe insetting the ridged part slightly, or bring it out. I think his brow needs to protrude a bit more. It overhangs the nose bridge a bit in the original concept. You might need to tweak the shape of the nose bridge a bit too compensate too. I like the lamps and the bridge is a good start. A lot of the rest seems formless, as in, I can make out that there is a path going over the bridge, but it appears to just go into a wall. Those tree things do not add to the look of your scene, maybe if they added to the canopy of your scene, and were somehow connnected… -

How to solve this baking issue?
