Are you talking tri's or actual quads for your limit? Either way, 1024 seems kind of low, seeing the size/complexity of the object (large shapes such as the plating, combined with then a lot of small details). I would personally go for a 2k atleast, remembering that you probably want people to look at that and go "wow that… -
