Was CPU power really the bottleneck? :/ The big issue with much of the PS3/360 isn't the power. It's mediocre art & art direction. Games are NOT going to ALL start looking better than Uncharted 3 or Gears of War just because of Additional Power. More GPU power won't fix bad anatomy, or shoddy spec maps. -

I encountered a problem vaguely similar to this on 3 different PC's. The problem would usually result in the PC not booting up at all, you might have a different version of the problem. On each of the 3 PC's, the tower and monitor were plugged in the same wall socket...dont ask me why it caused a problem cuz i have no idea… -
