I very rarely have issues with broken geometry. Guess it depends how you model - I've been using modo from version 1 so I'm pretty used to it's ability to let you create geometry that other programs would consider "illegal". And 99% of the time that's my own stupid fault for welding two polygons to the same 4 verts...…
Cool... I also found another resolution which may be a bit safer - quicker: right click on the file which is broken and select "File->Strip Path" - do this for all broken files (doesnt support multiple selection .. argh) and then multiple select all files you stripped the paths and select "File->Resolve Path to UNC…
@R3D Now that is an oversight on my part. I can't say agree with that implementation of the blog, especially since the blogs don't get posted to the front pages only to the blog page. I don't see the harm in letting blogs be open, other than the obvious problem of hosting the space/data but the album solution that Neox…
So no PS3 price cuts any time soon. I'm SO glad Sony are losing less money on this thing. Kain: Sounds like you want them to make a 360 version of the PS3. Cheaply made easily broken parts, with some essential parts missing. If Microsoft can profit from broken hardware, so can they. Honestly, I think both consoles have…
Battlefield Hardline Fan Art -The bright blue/purple background in the Battlefield Hardline Fan Art is pretty distracting and hurting the image. - You should change the grey background to a purple-ish hue (to add harmony to the color of the image) - The purple light is pretty cool, but is a bit too saturated - the tile…
Thanks for the replies! Mike- My thinking for the sprocket was that it's supposed to be a downhill/dirt style bike, from what I gathered from my research, I think the BMX's that have just one rear brake are designed for dirt jumping rather than street and not a lot of pedalling happens, hence the small sprocket and…
If your normals are broken and you're using 3D Studio Max, try the following: 1) Reset the XForm Twice (I always do it twice just to be "safe" really 2) Apply two "Normal" modifiers and check "Unify Normals" Doing the above should reset the normals, and reveal any broken normals/errors. You can fix it from there :) As…
@Neox They just offered me 260 euro (less than what they wanted to give me at the start for a broken GPU). They're handling everything as if it's a "used" product and not broken. However I spoke with a friend who told me, they have no right to keep your GPU. Ask for it back. Which I did. According to him, they will pay a…
So as per suggested in a previous thread I found and looked at this overwatch character. The place I got it from said it was an original from the game but when I looked at the model I noticed that it's broken up into pieces. So things that would make sense to be disconnected, are disconnected such as sachelm helmet, armor…
