I'm having a difficult time getting the proportion right. If i place the rooms flush against the roof below, the roofs above dont look long enough (at least for the big roof)
Ok, this is something i'm really considering now. Been thinking about it for a short while and it's going to be something that fits it quite well. I'm going to sort of cap off the furness tops slightly (still leave an edge for the red glow to seap through) but have large funnel pillars bending up the walls and roof similar…
Little progress update. I took a few days off from the project to avoid burnout, but I am back to working on it in my free time again. Most of the front doors is done with the exception being the folding arms that are attached to the top and bottom of each door. I also started laying out the interior though there isn't…
Hey Seforin, cool barn house, do you think you might get same results for the roof if you just used 2 tri planes and put separate pieces at the bottom trim of the roof? or are cuts like that more common when you have a depth to the roof? I havent see many projects with this... There was a barn posted a while ago "Barn WIP"…

Yea i started to set up the side angels that are holding torches so i threw a few red lights to see what it would look like and yes it is a very good mix. As for the roof the light is actually in the glow orbs and passing through the alpha so that's why it isn't hitting the roof. I'll probably throw a bounce light in there…
For my university project, I'm making a Victorian-styled living room, and I'm hoping to have a more realistic-leaning outcome for the project. This initial post is a mixture of my first few weeks of progress [ Week 1 & 2 ] For my main reference, I am basing my angles and overall room setup from this artwork on Art Station,…
After a lot of thinking, I've settled (somewhat hesitantly) on a Matron Mother's throne room. A Matron Mother is the absolute ruler of a House and, depending on how high up in the hierarchy a House is, can be comprised of hundreds of individuals. For now I'm going to start jotting things down as I work through my ideas. A…
