Yea Draw feature looks wicked, Cristi gave me access to Version 1.1 so I'll get to try it out very soon thanks Cristi. I been too busy to try it just yet but I cant wait, this app has great potential
Thanks for the replies guys, I did make my mesh in Maya and I brought it into Zbrush that way. I think I will start a new model as soon as a I can with some better reference. I'll be posting some WIP to get some critiques as I go.
[ QUOTE ] Now they just need to make it real-time [/ QUOTE ] Too bad it's "Reel Time" hahaha. Hopefully someday soon we will see that level of effects in games. Who knows we might even see it on the 360 in a very watered down version in the distant future?
Well I hope they contact me soon. I Have another interview tomorrow morning. It's doing tech support for a company in Kirkland, but not as much fun. I think I would have much more in common with the people working at Atari than some office IT job.
Looking cool man, good topology. I think for the back, you might have a bit too many edges for the definition you have currently. I'd either optimize them, or use them to define some more muscle groups. Hope to see the texture soon.
it happened to me some while back too after rather intense tests (lol), it seems to be happening when you have the reference editor window open at the same time. don't ask me why, but as soon as I closed that window, my issue was solved. *sigh*
@Kanni3d Alright, I think I got it. It’s impossible to get rid of seams with such a low poly count. However, if you chamfer your low poly, then they should be gone. I’ll do some test baking soon with low poly edges chamfered and then I’ll share here
Thanks, I m building the scene with downloaded assets, but I m planning to model some as well, I thought a stairway and a deck for the main rock island could look cool... I ll get back on it soon when I have a bit more time.
Temporally put aside other ongoing projects over the past 3 mths just too get this Murray Walker tribute piece, done. Blocked most of the drawing out, will soon start adding blur and also some post later in Gimp: Vector and Text outline
@3DKyle: Thank you for taking the time to put this together! My Substance skills have improved drastically since I started participate here! I'll be posting my attempts soon. Good luck to everyone, I'm looking forward to seeing your stuff this time as well!
