Currently your metal material just screams "I just used a ddo material and called it done". @snoop it's fairly common practise to work in a higher res and then downscale. Unless you are working at super low-res and need control of how it will look at practical res.
Starting to create this legendary submachine gun from WW1. My aim forthis project is to practice on my baking and getting some nice normals going, along with practising my texturing. Got a base blockout done for scale, now started the outer barrel, which i can quite pleased with so far.
