Ok, I figured out a permanent solution. I decreased the Far Plane value from 300 to 10 and that has now resolved the issue. Thanks for your help anyway! -

there is a fair chance it is not a con, it was published in Journal reference: Science (vol 307, p 1952) which is very reputable and the peer review is hard as nails when trying to get into it. tpe -

Update: Sun. May 19, 2019: Retopo'd the cape, skinned, rigged, and posed the character. Added the black outline. The character model itself is around 30K polygons.
