I've got a Dell 2408wfp (ie: 2008 model, 8bit PVA) which is fantastic, i've had it for a few years, the 2010 model is a little better (10 bit IPS) and the 2012 model is a little worse (6 bit e-IPS). I really like the unity engine but I can not teach it as it does not come with stuff like shadows amoung other things unless you pay for it? And with 250 PCs we would need a lot of wonga. Set a goal for yourself and make assets that allow you to reach that goal. My personal goal is $40 per hour. So, if I work eight hours on something I need to make $320 to reach my goal. I've read HP has a 23" model thats really good as well, and even Macworld rated it higher than the cinema display. I've got the new Del 24" 16:10 flat panel.
