Cool model, I see someone's taken their marines out of the Crye Precision catalouge. For information, the rubber shoulder pads there are for shouldering your gun into and stopping them sliding about during battle (note the outer rubber lips), some guys have them adjusted to their good shoulder, but it's common discipline… -

http://www.foto1.com/ they are located in the US (Ann Arbor, Michigan)... but have a Lightjet printer there that produces phoenominal results. The printer works via emulsion, similar to how photographs are developed. The benefit of using this style of printer is that you dont have to worry about the limitations of the CMYK… -

Man, you can do better than this. I can't even tell that it's normal mapped. It's not adding anything... I'm sure you could make it better looking if you just painted a good old-fashioned diffuse map alone.
