Well, I really don't know what else to say. It wasn't broken before, why try and "fix" it. I like the old look better. So, IMHO, if you want suggestions on how to "improve" it, then my suggestion is to change it back to the way it was before. QFT. I Agree, 110% -

Another update! Enemy #2: A Terror Turnip. Managed to get it down to 134 triangles, which I think is pretty good for something round :) So far I'm enjoying low poly and low detail hand painting, goes quick, which is great for One Game A Month projects :D -

Perhaps a refraction issue? (I noticed this is turned on by default and the standard refraction is set to 1,4.) Some pics to show it should be working: Just a proof of concept, not supposed to be pretty. No padding for better readability. Note there are lots of geometry intersections that make some of the leaves seem cut… -

Take a look at Korean panels, I love my 110 refresh rate, lower latency because of single input, and 1440p. I got the QNIX QX2710. Any black-light issues are only noticeable in the dark, and can be fixed yourself with a bit of tearing down and some tape, nothing crazy. -
Re: Buying a 3D Glasses

I went from MS3D 1.4 to 3dsmax 3.1 so I know how you feel. I guess there's no easy way around it, you just have to read the manual and keep experimenting with the program. Like Daz said though, try Wings if you only want to make models -

So, I presume this paid art test is by piece and not by hours worked on it ? "Do this, from this concept art, in 2 weeks. When it's done, send it back, we might or might not use it in our game, you will get paid 1.4 grand, and we might or might not hire you." kind of thing ?
