Ere we go, gonna cram some spaceships in here :P -upderp , assembling the fleet. i'm amazed how much texture sketchfab can swallow. [SKETCHFAB]9dc46f35f95943809bd5333ac6100527[/SKETCHFAB]
Yeah, I like lower shots a lot as well. However, they do make the view feel small and vulnerable, but if its a powerful or spooky environment then that may be exactly what you want to do. I do see this every once in a great while but if you take a look at concept artist blogs they are few and far in between.
I do like the line effect, but it's killing your water and foreground IMO, try lowering the opacity with a constant / power and see how it looks, if not i'd probably ditch it. Also get some height fog in there so there's a bit more depth, and a depth of field in the world post processing. Got tonnes of potential this scene…
This'll be a collaboration between me and Yandalf. We both adore/love cyberpunk settings and themes so we're going to be creating a hackers den. We started off with a block out and then we each tried an overpaint/sketch to orient ourselves to where we want to pull the scene.
Winter is coming ! I was inspired by differents winter skins and pictures from Riot like Hemer and Ziggs chrismas skin. Also by the map of the "howling abyss". So i would like a tower half destroyed without enought magic/power inside to fire by itself. With minions on the top, firing with a kind of catapult or a canon.…
Hey All! I am currently working a modular environment project. As of now, I am transitioning from my blockout to more finished pieces in my kit. I am also working on getting my lighting in a place where its not as distracting as it is right now. My goal with this project is to get a look similar to that from the God of War…
Hi this looking great! the only thing that feels a bit off is the part on grenade with hex pattern, lower part seems stretched and it would make more sense if the scale of pattern is a bit small to show it packs more ballistic power. Lastly there would be almost no edge wear on hex pattern as its protected from top and…
Every system has a limit. The point is however, how the dev team handles that limit. I only need to point at God Of War 2 and the spec they had to work with to prove that one. The PS2 is what, at LEAST 5x lower power wise than the Wii, ON PAPER... Yet GOW2 still looks better than any Wii game to date.
Just agreeing with what has been said. If it makes an attempt to start, then the power supply is fine. Usually, if it shuts itself off quickly, it means it is overheating. I would open the case and use a little compressed air on it. The lower resolution sounds like your graphics card is crapping out, but that should not…
