you might also consider the shader as well. Rather than PBR, maybe something flat or cell shaded.

The bust is definitely a great improvement. Making use of PBR textures and a powerful presentation is the way to go. Keep it up!

As per usual with PBR stuff : do not overthink it. In practice it takes about 1 second to setup. Good luck !

The substances on turbosquid are a bit old and are not made to be compatible with the PBR shader in Painter (old school diffuse/spec maps).
