Hi all —
I’m developing a custom 3D framework inspired by sixth-generation console visuals (think PSP / early PS2). I’m looking to commission two clean, animation-ready humanoid base meshes — one male and one female — that I can use as the foundation for clothing and character variants.
The meshes will serve as universal “studio bases” for a framework that emulates fixed-function-pipeline rendering.
No PBR, no sculpt baking — just solid topology, good silhouette, and efficient UVs suitable for hand-painted diffuse maps.
Target tris: ~1,000 – 1,400 per mesh
Pose: Neutral A-pose (10 – 15 ° down)
Topology:
Clean edge loops at shoulders, elbows, and knees
Symmetrical, mirrored UV layout
Natural seams at neck, wrists, waist, and ankles
Texture: 256×256 or 512×512 diffuse-only map
Style refs: Crisis Core: FFVII, Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep, The 3rd Birthday, MGS: Peacewalker
Please DM me your quote — I’m flexible on pricing depending on experience, workflow, and deliverable quality.
These models will be used internally within a proprietary game framework.
Artist credit can be retained in documentation or listed among character artists — your choice.
If you have experience modeling for retro or hand-painted pipelines, send me your portfolio, quote, and estimated turnaround time.
Thanks!
