Here's a head model I'm working on. This is the first head model I made which I'm happy with The head is 1146 tri's and the glasses weigh 132 tri's. The eyeballs are separate spheres(which are pretty dense). The body is to be modeled also. CnC welcome!!!

I had to put it to 90 from 138~ .. now it points right but I still don't understand why it's rotated after the aim constraint. Is something wrong with the values from the child?
Eat3D has some very good tuts. Although they cost money the 3ds max 101 could help you alot. If not CGTUTS is a good source of information for multiple modeling programs.

CrazyBump 3.1 crashes on Startup for me with a "Memory could not be read" Error. Even installing the 1.1 .Net Runtime again ( had 1 and 2 installed before ) doesn't seem to help.
