Looks nice so far. Id agree about dirtying it up a bit. I know you are using tiled textures, but have you considered trying some AO on this? Even if its in a second UV set. The rooftop blends too well with itself, the parts that stick out for the windows get lost in the texture. Maybe its just something that lighting can… -

Oops, duh. Hahah, sorry! One solution I used recently in a custom engine is to simply make a panorama. I took screenshots in a sequence, rotating the camera 1/2 the frame width each time (so what was on the edge of the frame is now in the middle of the frame). Then I used Photoshop's Photomerge to blend them together.… -

I've managed to get it down to 64x64 pretty well. Im experiencing an annoying glitch that when I drag the UVs right to the edges of the UV square (in maya) the texture from the other side starts to bleed/wrap across :( . I don't think being more rounded makes it worse, but the scale looks significantly larger compared to the rest of the terrain which seems more distant. Reducing that might be a start.
