Thinking of picking up an older cintiq on the cheap. A 15x or 18sx. Would these be ok with Zbrush or Mudbox or is it a waste of money. Anyone own any of these models? Thanks
Hello everyone. This is my first post in the poly-count forums. I'm working on a low poly character and I'm starting by creating a generic human figure. I'm a little uncertain about the polygon count I'm aiming for but was doing an effort to keep it simple. The head is a place holder right now. I would really appreciate…
I changed out that floor texture today with place holder to get my scale down better. I think this helped out tons with what chris was saying with the scale. I also incorporated what cremuss said in this new texture. no normal or spec on it though only diffuse for now. What do you guys think? better or worse?
There are a bunch of different ways to generate hair. Some methods generate strands based on geometry, so that might be what you're looking at? They could also be temp meshes that where place holders that where replaced by hair/fur. It could be opacity maps on planes but it doesn't really look like it on the first, could…

It's up to copyright holders to police their properties and take *appropriate* action on specific…

But because this game is unannounced.. be careful to respect the ip holders so don't label the work to…
Disney can say that. You don't own the movie, and no home video products are licensed for public exhibition. They are for private home viewing only. (Did you zone out during the legal screen during the last 75,000 movies you watched?) And as for educational use, materials are licensed for educational use too, at their own…
[ QUOTE ] The texture looks very realistic... [/ QUOTE ] Lol. Looks great, Flaagan. I never used MIG welders in class, only stick welders. Still fun either way. I did a lot of work with Oxy/Acet welding though, such as brazing and hard soldering. Very cool stuff though, would like to see more
good idea actually. I hadn't really given that part much thought, just the store accesories like shopping carts and what have you. but that sounds like it'll add way more to it. thank you bitmap. also an update, added window details the front trash cans and the little cigar butt holder thing. Pic 6
