You should be able to use Dominant lights in UDK mobile for lightshafts and stuff. If that is what you mean? Dynamic movable lights arent supported in mobile though, i dont think.
I could maybe see a split between under 500 tris and mobile gaming in this upcoming generation of mobile/portable gaming, but I don't think this thread gets enough post for that.
I make ios games and this looks great but I doubt it would run well on a mobile device, would there be any easy way of making a lower level of detail version for mobile?

Just for the record, I meant the mobile Chrome browser. The desktop version works just fine. Mobile Chrome supports WebGL(enable in chrome://flags), but you can't click and drag to sculpt.
