Shortcuts not working [UVW]
Hey, I set up my shortcuts for 3dsmax /UVW Unwrap. I assigned "Q" for Quick planar map. I wrote the keyboard chart. I even deleted the hotkey for the selection tool, but every time i try to use quickplanar map with Q it eventually does nothing or does a "pling" sound (sound only when I'm in the UVW window). my guess is tangent-space creation can introduce additional splits. You could check if a model which has smoothing groups for each uv chart keeps the vertex count. other than that, it could be any custom sort of preprocessing step after asset load. Some might recalculate the normals completely with their own smoothing...… -

Sadly the season ended and the turning point has still yet to surface... Hopefully they take a break get their bearings, chart a new course that will last more then 1-2 episodes and then make some kind of amazing ending to the show.
