@rahulcamma Your last screenshot seems a bit strange. For specular workflow, blood stain albedo seems too dark and gloss input is missing. And for metalness workflow, blood stain part should be somewhat close to dark grey. Did a small demo in UE4 for You. Blood stain is blended in albedo, metalness and gloss with different… -
Is a degree necessary when working in the games industry in Europe as a US citizen?
If I'm a US citizen looking for a job as a 3D artist in europe (let's say within the EU, countries such as Spain, Germany, Poland, etc.), is it possible to receive a work/residence permit without a degree? Does it depend on the country? Any european recruiters here who've come across a similar case? -

the pacing feels good so far, and the "flow" feels good too. I'd include the sword's actions in the blockout, it's too integral to the action and it's hard to read what's happening when the sword stays in the same hand all the time. If one doesn't know the sword is being thrown and caught, they would be totally confused.… -

In my experience BF:H finds more balanced games than QuakeLive!(which keeps on putting me in games with such pros that live and breathe Quake 3 for 24 hours a day 7 days a week), but it's definitely not as much fun. As a soldier try long range SMG + normal shotgun combo, it's a real killer(sniping snipers with SMG is fun).… -

At least in europe ( iv only been in spain and portugal so take what i say with a grain of salt ) degrees have no official level, its worth the same as a piece of paper in terms of documentation for emmigration. Might be different in Australia tho . -
