A few more runs of Moore's Law and we might be able to get 4-8 passes going in realtime. A transition away from, and all the problems of, a scanline rasterizer and towards a system with full-scene realtime reflections and raytrace lighting with better control. It doesn't appear to use any form of caching/reuse of fragments… -

Great video and editing, really enjoyed it, good sountrack too. I do like the shapes on your car but I think it's let down by the shader you are using, reflections need work as they are far too blurry for such smooth surfaces. @s1dK it's your spaceship so you do what you want :) But that cockpit layout doesn't really make sense. You have a ton of wasted space to the left and right of the panel, and for any pilot that's shorter than 5'10" more than 1/2 of their view will be inside the cockpit (with 5'10" pilots still only being able to see… -

Frump : no. (when working on characters, that is!). I wish it was more than 1600*1200 tho, since for sketching it doesnt feel as accurate as pencil and paper. It's fine at emulating ink pens/felt tips tho. By the way, brightness and lag comments must come from an 'older older' version of the 21. The latest grey one before… -
